We are excited to announce two new workshops that we will be holding at our center on December 21, 2019 and January 18, 2020.
The first workshop, A Celebration of Light with the Angels, is on the day of the Winter Solstice. If you are interested in inviting more light, wisdom and love into your life, this is the workshop for you! We will be sharing with you how to invite the angels to assist you in illuminating your vision of your best self for the new year, and create a pathway for this to happen! We will be working with Archangel trio of Raphael, Michael and Gabriel.
The second workshop, Introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), will introduce you to the “Basic Recipe” of Tapping, how to use this form of psychological acupressure to release stress, physical/emotional pain, or to begin the new year with tools for making your goals achievable.
Visit our events page for more information. Reserve now, seats are limited.
We have just finished working with a second group of Washingtonville Teachers during the first week of July, educating them about stress reduction tools, specifically EFT. The teachers are prepared to assist students to self-regulate their emotional states and create an environment where learning is optimized!
The teachers in both the May class and the July class experienced first hand how EFT can assist with pain relief, phobias, limiting beliefs, insomnia and stress relief. Their enthusiasm and confidence in these Emotional Freedom Techniques will instill a sense of calm, ease and flow into the learning process.
The Luminous Heart Center has partnered with the Washingtonville Teachers’ Center to teach classes on Stress Reduction for Educators and Students using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). The first class was May 2019 and it was a huge success.
Teachers shared many success stories about how EFT has personally changed their lives, and how they are assisting students to respond to stressful situations using these tools to self-regulate their emotions. From 1st graders struggling with subtraction to College Statistics students tapping during Finals week, students and teachers are feeling empowered.
